Whole Green Cardamom

Whole green cardamom pods, hand-selected at 8 mm and above. Bigger, fuller pods carry more seeds and more of the sweet, cooling aroma that elaichi is bought for.

• 50 g of whole green cardamom (elaichi) in one pack.
• Grade: 8 mm pods, green and whole.
• Crush a pod or two into chai, kheer, halwa and mithai, or add whole pods to biryani, pulao and garam masala.
• Sealed in our resealable aroma lock pouch. Press the zip shut after each use and keep it in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
• No artificial flavours, colours or preservatives. Packed under FSSAI licence.
